We confirm scope, priorities, access/alarm details, and preferred working hours (after hours available). Then we build a simple plan that sets cadence (daily/weekly/deep), product choices for your surfaces, and any specialty tasks (odor removal, hard-water, stainless detailing).

Before cleaning, we stage the right tools at the right stations to reduce cross-contamination: color-coded cloths, labeled bottles, and fresh microfiber. We cover sensitive equipment as needed, lift light items, and pre-treat trouble areas (spots, scale, residue, grout lines) so the chemistry can dwell and do the heavy lifting. Staff wear ID and appropriate PPE, and we keep SDS info on hand for every product we use.

We dust high first (vents, ledges, frames) and move down to desktops, partitions, glass, and hardware. Touchpoints get measured dwell time with EPA-listed disinfectants—handles, switches, railings, elevator buttons, break-room surfaces.
